Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from J.J. Fosters you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, returns will be accepted as long as the package is post marked within the 14 days after the purchase. You may return for store credit an additional 20 days after the purchase date.​ Should you need to return items you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to J.J. Fosters (4431 Springhill Dr Suite C, Owensboro, KY 42303) Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them. No returns will be accepted on items with discounts of 30% or more or items in the Sale collection as they are final sale.​ Merchandise returned without original tags attached or a damaged tag will not be accepted for a refund.

How to return:
1. Email jjfostersco@gmail.com, include your name, phone number, and what you will be sending back to us.
2. Mail your package to J.J. Fosters, 4431 Springhill Dr Suite C, Owensboro, KY 42303
3. Once we have received the package we will issue a refund in the amount you paid, minus the shipping cost.

Exchanges: 
At this time we are unable to do exchanges online, you would need to send back your original order and place a new order for the items you would like.
